Pink Camouflage and Italian Greyhounds' Disco

Two images, together yet unique.

Pink Camouflage gives us a quiet yet delightful encounter: a wingless or near-wingless katydid within a pink bloom.  The form of this insect is distinct, yet also absorbed into its surroundings.

Italian Greyhounds' Disco invites us into a homely interior – one dog poised on an armchair, another almost disappeared from view.  Coloured light from sun-catchers lands on walls, dogs and furniture.

These two contrasting pairs were the winners in a recent poll. Whilst they contrast with one another, surprising encounters and the tension between what is seen and unseen, are themes which bring them together.

Printed at A6, both postcards retain the character of the original works and can be sent, shared or kept.

  • Two A6 postcards (148 x 105mm each) printed on Premium card.
  • Printed from original paintings (gouache; acrylic and oil pastel)
  • Reverse sides include space to be used, as desired, for message, address and stamp.
